Terms of Use — Master 1000

Effective date and last updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Shaked Yizhak, an Israeli sole trader trading as Master 1000 (“Master 1000,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), regarding your access to and use of Master 1000 — Learn any language, fast!, our websites, content, subscriptions, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Provider details

By downloading, accessing, registering for, purchasing through, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.

If you are under the age of legal majority or cannot independently enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf where required.

The Services are not directed to children under 13 and are not offered as an Apple Kids Category app unless expressly stated otherwise.

You may not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

2. The Master 1000 service

Master 1000 is a language-learning application built around short lessons and a curriculum of commonly useful sentences. Features may include:

Feature availability may vary by language, device, operating-system version, country, account type, and App version. We may improve, replace, add, limit, or discontinue features in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Educational nature; no guaranteed result

The Services are educational self-study tools. They do not guarantee that you will:

Progress percentages, mastery scores, Smart Recall schedules, and completion forecasts are estimates based on App activity and assumptions. Individual results vary according to prior knowledge, practice quality, time, health, motivation, learning environment, and other factors.

Certificates issued by the App recognize internal milestones only. They are not accredited qualifications and should not be represented as official language certification.

4. AI-assisted and reviewed content

Some lesson content may be created, translated, edited, or quality-checked with assistance from artificial-intelligence tools and then reviewed by our content team.

Although we aim for useful and accurate content, lessons may include errors, unnatural phrases, dialect differences, ambiguous translations, pronunciation limitations, cultural differences, or outdated usage. You should use additional authoritative resources where accuracy is important.

You may report suspected errors to Shaked54321@gmail.com. We are not required to adopt every suggested change.

5. Accounts

5.1 Registered accounts

You may create or sign in to a registered account using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.

For a registered account, we may receive your name and email address from the sign-in provider to the extent you authorize that provider to share them with us.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.

You are responsible for:

You may not create accounts using another person’s identity or use an account you are not authorized to access.

5.2 Guest mode

Guest mode uses an anonymous authentication account.

Core guest learning progress is stored locally on the device.

Server-backed features, including online Speak mode and first-party analytics where enabled, may process information server-side as described in the Privacy Policy.

Local guest information may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear its data, reset or replace the device or experience device failure.

We do not promise recovery, synchronization or transfer of locally stored guest learning data unless the App expressly provides such functionality.

5.3 One user; no account resale

Unless a plan expressly permits family, classroom, or organizational use, an account and purchase are personal to one user. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, transfer, or commercially share an account.

5.4 Account deletion

You may initiate account deletion through Settings → Delete account. Cloud account data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting the Master 1000 account does not cancel an Apple subscription or guarantee a refund. You must separately cancel any auto-renewing subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.

6. Limited license

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Usage Rules, and to access the Services for personal, non-commercial language learning.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App or content to you.

Family Sharing or volume-purchase use is permitted only to the extent enabled by Apple and the applicable purchase configuration.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and all associated rights are owned by us or our licensors. Protected materials include, without limitation:

System voices, Apple technologies, third-party fonts, open-source components, and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ licenses.

Except for the limited license in Section 6, no right is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

8. Your input and feedback

You retain rights you may have in information you submit, such as support messages. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, transmit, and process that information only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services or comply with law.

Recognized speech text, exercise answers, and learning records may be processed to provide and personalize your learning experience as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you voluntarily provide product ideas or feedback, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.

9. Speak Mode and Speech Processing

Speak mode allows you to practise pronunciation by recording a short spoken sentence.

When Speak mode is used online, the recording is transmitted securely through our Supabase infrastructure to Microsoft Azure AI Speech or OpenAI, depending on the language and scoring mode, for transcription and/or pronunciation assessment.

The audio recording is processed for the request and is not retained by Master 1000 after processing.

We may store the resulting transcript, applicable pronunciation and per-word scores, technical information and other speaking-attempt information as described in the Privacy Policy.

When an offline on-device speech-processing option is available, the App may use Apple’s on-device Speech framework instead, in which case the recording does not leave the device.

We do not use speech recordings to create voiceprints, speaker embeddings or reusable biometric templates, identify or authenticate users, train models or deliver advertising.

Your use of online Speak mode is also subject to microphone permission and any additional disclosure or permission presented by the App before third-party online speech processing begins.

Text-to-Speech playback is separate from recording your voice and may use Apple system technologies or other licensed voice technologies.

10. Free access and Premium access

10.1 Free level

Level 1, containing up to 100 sentences, is intended to be available without a recurring payment. We may still require compliance with these Terms and may change non-core presentation, exercise availability, or technical requirements. We will not retroactively charge you merely for previously using the free level.

10.2 Premium features

Premium may unlock additional levels, sentences, exercises, exams, statistics, certificates, and other features described in the purchase screen.

The exact current offering shown in the App Store purchase interface controls if it differs from marketing copy or this general description.

11. Purchases, subscriptions, free trial, and automatic renewal

All iOS digital purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. RevenueCat is used to validate purchases and manage entitlements but does not replace Apple as the payment processor.

11.1 Current plans

As of the effective date, the intended plans are:

Prices are localized by the App Store and may vary due to country, currency, tax, exchange rate, Apple price tiers, promotions, and later price changes. The price and billing terms displayed by Apple at the time of purchase are controlling.

11.2 Monthly and annual auto-renewal

Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions:

Apple’s billing records and subscription status control where there is a conflict with our local display.

11.3 Seven-day annual free trial

The 7-day trial applies only to the annual plan and only to users Apple identifies as eligible.

Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends:

Eligibility, trial start time, and billing are determined by Apple. A user may be ineligible if they previously used a trial or introductory offer in the same subscription group.

Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase another subscription or offer where Apple’s rules provide for forfeiture.

11.4 Lifetime Access

Lifetime Access is intended to be a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase and is not an auto-renewing subscription.

Unless mandatory law requires a broader meaning, “Lifetime” means access for the commercially supported lifetime of the Master 1000 service and compatible App, not a guarantee that the Services will exist for the natural lifetime of the purchaser or remain compatible with every future device and operating system.

We will not intentionally convert a valid Lifetime Access purchase into a recurring charge. Access remains subject to these Terms, technical compatibility, App Store availability, lawful use, and our right to discontinue the Services subject to applicable consumer law.

11.5 Restoring purchases

Use the “Restore Purchases” function with the Apple ID used for the original purchase. Restoration may require an internet connection and successful Apple receipt validation. We may request reasonable troubleshooting information but cannot change Apple’s purchase history.

11.6 Price changes

Apple or we may change future prices. Existing subscriptions will be handled under Apple’s price-change rules and applicable law, including notice or consent where required. You may cancel before a new price takes effect.

11.7 Taxes and currency

Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on storefront rules. Apple determines the billing currency, tax treatment, and final charged amount.

12. Refunds and billing disputes

Because Apple processes iOS purchases, refund requests and billing disputes must generally be submitted directly to Apple through Apple’s refund and billing-support process.

We cannot guarantee a refund and may be unable to issue one directly for an App Store transaction. Apple decides refund eligibility under its policies and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory statutory refund, cancellation, conformity, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

A Master 1000 account deletion request is not a refund request and does not cancel an Apple subscription.

13. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  1. violate law, regulation, court order, or another person’s rights;
  2. copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, download in bulk, or build a competing database from the sentence curriculum, translations, audio, exercises, or metadata;
  3. reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, or attempt to derive source code, except where law expressly permits and cannot be waived;
  4. circumvent subscriptions, paywalls, usage limits, security measures, or access controls;
  5. use bots, crawlers, scripts, automation, or data-extraction tools without written permission;
  6. resell, rent, sublicense, distribute, mirror, frame, or commercially exploit the Services;
  7. upload malware, interfere with infrastructure, test vulnerabilities without authorization, or overload the Services;
  8. impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, or manipulate learning progress, certificates, subscription status or purchases;
  9. use the Services to harass, threaten, discriminate, defraud, or infringe intellectual property;
  10. attempt to obtain another user’s credentials or data;
  11. record another person through Speak mode without lawful permission;
  12. use the App in a way that violates Apple, Google, network-provider, or device terms; or
  13. remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.

We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend access where reasonably necessary.

14. Third-party services and terms

The Services rely on third-party platforms and providers including:

Your use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third party’s terms and privacy practices.

The personal-information processing performed through these providers is described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for a third party’s independent acts, outages, account decisions or policy changes, except to the extent applicable law makes us responsible.

15. Availability, maintenance, and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be unavailable due to:

We may release updates and may require a supported App or operating-system version. Failure to install updates may reduce functionality or security.

We may change or discontinue features. Where a material change affects paid access, we will act in accordance with applicable law and App Store obligations.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account as described above.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe:

Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Termination does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Sections intended by their nature to survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes, and payment obligations—will survive.

17. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and error-free operation, except where such warranties cannot lawfully be excluded.

Without limiting Section 3, we do not warrant that:

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this Section may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other non-excludable consumer rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

These limits apply regardless of legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose, but only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Indemnity for unlawful misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, infringement of third-party rights, or material violation of these Terms.

This Section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own negligence, breach, or conduct for which indemnity cannot lawfully be required.

20. Apple-specific terms

If you access the App through Apple’s App Store, you and we acknowledge and agree that:

  1. these Terms are between you and Shaked Yizhak, not Apple;
  2. Shaked Yizhak, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content;
  3. your license is limited to use on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s usage rules;
  4. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App;
  5. if the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as required by Apple’s applicable terms; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
  6. Shaked Yizhak, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, consumer-protection, and privacy claims;
  7. Shaked Yizhak, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging third-party intellectual-property infringement claims relating to the App;
  8. you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country and are not listed on a United States government prohibited or restricted party list;
  9. you must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App; and
  10. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you upon your acceptance.

21. Governing law and consumer protections

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

This choice does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply in your country of residence and cannot be waived by contract.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

22. Dispute resolution and jurisdiction

Before filing a claim, you and we agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

Send a written notice to Shaked54321@gmail.com containing:

We will attempt to respond within 30 days.

If the dispute is not resolved, the competent courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence or another forum.

Nothing prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, using a legally available small-claims procedure, or submitting a complaint to a consumer, privacy, or other competent regulator.

23. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons.

We will post the updated Terms and change the “last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable additional notice where required. Changes will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and cancel any auto-renewing subscription through Apple. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

24. General provisions

25. Language

These Terms may be offered in English, Hebrew, and other languages. The versions are intended to be equivalent. In the event of conflict, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law, except where mandatory local law requires another version or interpretation to control.
